The Congregation of Hamilton Old, on behalf of the Presbytery, will host a screening of the 2003 film version of the life of Martin Luther, starring Joseph Fiennes in the leading role. This will be an evening for fellowship, as well as rediscovering some of our roots.
Session One: 9:30am - midday. £5 per person including breakfast. A storytelling training event for anyone who shares stories with children: school chaplains, ministers, children’s group leaders, Sunday School teachers, BB and GB leaders, SU group leaders, Messy Church teams, or anyone in congregations who longs to explore bible stories with children in a fun and meaningful way. There will be a short act of remembrance at 11am for anyone wishing to take part.
Session Two: 2pm - 4pm. Free session afternoon tea included. A storytelling event for families with children (pre-schoolers to P7) to come along and enjoy participating with Renita as she tells stories; which are all inclusive and highly participatory. All children must bring an adult. Spaces limited, booking essential to avoid disappointment.
